Literacy Summit
Literacy Summit Purpose and Mission
The Literacy Summit aims to bring together literacy service providers, educators, business leaders, and elected officials within the North Texas region to raise awareness and develop strategies to address the literacy crisis we face throughout the region.
Expected Results
- Ideas exchange on how to make the public aware of literacy, education, and workforce development problems facing North Texas
- Reach consensus on priority action to ensure dramatic change in areas of literacy, education, and workforce development
- Adopt initial implementation plan of action
